A Warm Welcome to You!

I am Pam, the Billing Administrator for Hope & Serenity Mental Health Counseling and Wellness Services. My role is to support clients and staff with insurance and payment billing needs. With my absolute determination, my goal is to support and I pride myself on being timely and ensuring follow up. 

 

I have always found myself grateful for the opportunity to serve those that have entrusted me with this role and I look forward to being able to support you.

About Pam

I have been a Mental Health Biller for the past 25 years after beginning my career with a local psychiatrist office and found myself totally immersed in Psychology. I have had the privilege of working for multiple individual therapists and multiple practices in my career.

 

I attended Vocational School and completed a Hospital Administration certification, in which I worked in a

hospital setting.

 

Balancing life out, you can often find me traveling with family to visit national parks (24 so far) or my newest obsession, Pickleball, with an excellent group of friends. Life is what you make it, and I will take mine with a double dose of fun.
