About Elle

Elle Barnwell serves as the Community Engagement, Marketing, and Outreach Coordinator at Hope and Serenity Health Services, where she brings a dynamic blend of passion, purpose, and strategic insight to her work. She has a strong commitment to advancing health equity and fostering meaningful connections.

Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences on the Health Promotion track at the University of Central Florida, Elle complements her academic journey with a minor in Anthropology—an interdisciplinary foundation that supports an understanding of cultural contexts and community health dynamics.

Looking ahead, Elle plans to enter the public health field and pursue a Master of Public Health (MPH), with aspirations to continue advocating for systemic change and community wellness on a broader scale. Her vision is grounded in empathy, innovation, and inclusivity.

Elle’s professional experience is rooted in extensive community engagement initiatives, promoting equitable access to health resources and cultivating partnerships that prioritize underserved populations. Her work reflects a strong belief in the power of collaboration, storytelling, and culturally responsive communication.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Elle enjoys hiking scenic trails, reading books (murder mysteries), spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring new destinations around the world.
